Even if 1% of China Mobile’s subscribers switch to android, that is 4 million android phones sold!!! Same goes for India. iPhone sales in India are embarrassing. Estimates of sales of the iPhone 3G in India, since its launch in August range from 1,500 units to about 5,000 units, which, in any case, is low for a country that had 296 million mobile connections at the end of July and is adding over 8 million new subscribers a month. These HUGE markets are up for grabs.”
